Full of ideas and enthusiasm a group of industry leaders were part of the first committee formed in 1958.


In 1956, the founder Mr. Roger Meunier, decided that the time had come to offer to the Montreal meat industry an opportunity for its employees to meet in a different setting. A golf tournament which includes, at first, only a dozen players consisting of friends and golf amateur of our industry had its modest beginning. The interest quickly developed and, by word of mouth, the number of participants went from 8 to 350 players.


In view of the changing markets, our committee doubled its efforts and the members are proud of the interest generated and of the importance of our tournament in the industry. We put forward a great opportunity to develop your client relations in a friendly environment and where the entertainment of the Montreal meat industry people is a priority.


Our new association with the golf club “Le Versant” allows us to offer innovation and proximity. Come join us and let us continue to move forward, strong and as usual, with the longest drive.
